Our firm has correctly recognized the opportunity in the New Construction Rental industry. We build 1-4 unit dwellings and turn them into rentals properties for ourselves and our investors. We feel that the best opportunities are currently in Florida. Few of the reason are the high influx of people, retirees/caretakers settling down, tax advantages, cost of living and the beautiful climate.
